These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SchoolMCP, operated by Adam Argo ("we", "us", "our"), located in Seattle, WA. By using our website and services at schoolmcp.net, you agree to these Terms.
SchoolMCP is a platform that helps schools make their publicly available information accessible through AI assistants using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Schools connect their data sources (websites, calendars, emails), and we process and serve that content so families can access it through their AI tools.
The SchoolMCP administrator portal is intended for authorized representatives of schools and school districts who are at least 18 years of age. By creating an administrator account, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your school or district.

Schools retain ownership of all content they provide to SchoolMCP. By connecting data sources and providing content, you grant us a license to:
You represent that you have the right to provide all content connected to SchoolMCP and that the content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

School content served through the MCP protocol is intended for use by AI assistants on behalf of families and community members. We provide this access as part of the core service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the MCP endpoint and may apply rate limits to ensure fair usage.
Your use of SchoolMCP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
SchoolMCP, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Adam Argo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission. School content remains the property of the respective schools.
We strive to keep SchoolMCP available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify administrators of significant changes.
SchoolMCP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered administrators of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
